The BAIX (Net Return) - Bayerischer Aktienindex is intended to reflect the weighted performance of the stocks from the German Large Cap, Mid Cap, and Tech Stock Market with issuers having their Corporate Domicile in the Free State of Bavaria. The Index performance reflects, in addition to the performance, also the reinvestment of net dividends paid by the Current Index Constituents from time to time and is reduced by an Index Fee of 0.25% p.a.. The Index Value will be calculated and published by the Index Calculation Agent in the Index Currency on every Calculation Day. The Index Description can be made available to investors upon request.
